Carol A. Caldwell grew up in New Haven, Connecticut, where she obtained her Bachelors in Nursing and started working at Connecticut Mental Health Center and the Yale/West Haven VA Hospital in the mental health and substance abuse fields. Looking to further her education, Carol then moved to Washington D.C. where she obtained her Masters in Psychiatric Nursing and began her career with Hospital Corporation of America (HCA), followed by Behavioral Healthcare Corporation (BHC). That career took her to Lafayette, LA, Miami, FL, Gainesville, FL, and Nashville, TN.

Among Carol’s extensive knowledge and experience in the mental health and substance abuse fields, she has worked as a clinician and operated healthcare facilities, helping many. Managing healthcare facilities allowed Carol to hone in on her business, financial, and marketing experience with even more depth. This unique background provides Carol with a depth of understanding in family law.

When it comes to work, Carol particularly enjoys dealing with diverse marital estates as well as unique custody cases. In her free time, Carol enjoys cooking, reading, exercising, and spending time with exotic birds.
